USA buyers

For US customers, myself included, our shipment is currently enroute to our US office via ocean freight, which we will then send out domestically (to cut down on shipping fees because international shipping fees have skyrocketed since Covid). We will invoice you the final balance plus shipping fees once we received the shipment.

PRODUCTION STATUS UPDATE (August 29, 2021):

Our factory has completed production on the Butterball collectible statues!
Right now we are requesting shipping estimates from different carriers to determine the safest and most affordable way to ship your purchase to you (shipping fees have skyrocketed because Covid).

Within the next month, we will start to reach out to you with the final shipping cost as well as the final balance. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us back at service@bigbluetree.com for assistance.

PRODUCTION STATUS UPDATE (May 25, 2021):

- Butterball is currently in the final stage of paint QC check
- Mandrake is in the final stage of production
- Currently we are looking at a ship date in the 3rd quarter of 2021
- This is the first time that we work with Very Museum on a finished statue release, and they are known for the quality of their production. Even though the countries are making huge progress in containing the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, its impact on everything is still lingering. We appreciate your patience and support in this highly limited release.
