This piece was sculpted in a water-based clay at roughly 1/4 (or 1/3) scale. Resin casting shown in the pictures.
The sculpture measures 7x6x5.5 inches (18x15x14cm), which is a pretty good size for a head sculpt.
Entitled "Pig-man Satriale" - although completely unrelated, it is partially paying tribute to one of my favorite shows :).
