After a full one-year hiatus away from teaching, Simon is once again offering his in-studio weekend group class.

Fees:

$400 (excluding materials and tools, roughly $20 - which will be discussed in first class)

At our studio in Alhambra, CA (5 MINUTES AWAY FROM NUCLEUS ART GALLERY IN ALHAMBRA, or 10 minutes away from Downtown Los Angeles)


Class overview:

This class is designed to give you an in-person insight into Simon's unique approach in design and character development. It will give you an overview of his sculpting process from beginning to end. Simon will discuss the properties of the various types of clay and tools, the techniques of armature making, maquette sculpting, the dynamics of posing and characterization, and ultimately the art of 3-dimensional storytelling. This class is suitable for working professionals and art students alike.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

NOTE: Should class quota be met when you made your payment, your fees can either be refunded to you in full or deferred to the next class/workshop offering at your discretion. However, if spacing is available when you made your payment then the fees become non-refundable and can only be deferred to future class / workshop / product purchase should you be unable to attend.
